I had to do an exchange, and while it took a little longer than I expected, the process was smooth overall. From my experience, everything turned out fine

I ordered this as a gift the quality was better than I expected. The details looked really good and it definitely didn’t feel cheap. I did have a small question before it arrived, and the response made me feel a little dismissed, which wasn’t great. But the item itself turned out really nice, and I’m happy with it overall.

It took around a day to hear back, but the support team was really kind and helped sort out my question.

I trusted my instinct when ordering and it turned out to be a smooth experience. Checkout was quick, easy, and there weren’t any weird extra steps or problems.

The item was fine, but the shipping cost felt way too high. There’s just something about it that made the whole purchase feel less worth it...

I bought this demdaco piece a few months back, and it still looks brand new. It’s been knocked over twice and somehow didn’t chip at all. I appreciate when a product is actually made well instead of cutting corners, because people are spending their hard-earned money on this stuff. Really happy with how sturdy it’s been.

I do like a lot of the stuff on demdaco.com. Some of the gifts are really cute and I found a few things I would’ve actually bought, but the whole site was more frustrating than it needed to be.

On my phone, pages loaded slowly and I had to tap around way too much just to find basic details. The filters weren’t very helpful, and the cart page felt confusing. At a certain point it almost felt like the site was talking down to me, like I was the problem for not immediately understanding where everything was.

I kept going back and forth to check colors, prices, and what was actually in my cart, which got old fast. Maybe it works better on a computer, but shopping on mobile was not smooth. I’d probably only come back if I really needed a specific item.

My Demdaco order showed up on time, which was nice, but the packaging was just kind of okay. The box was a bit bent and there didn’t seem to be much padding inside. Thankfully, the actual item wasn’t damaged, though the gift box did have a small dent. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but for the price, I guess I was expecting it to be packed a little more carefully

I ordered a gift from demdaco.com, it looked different from the pictures. The color was much duller in person, and the size was smaller than what was listed (which was extra frustrating because it was for a birthday). I was really disappointed and probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The site looks nice. Cute colors. Fun designs. But yeah, some pages feel a bit packed. Kind of a lot going on. I still liked browsing around, just wish the layout was cleaner. Easier on the eyes.

I got the little angel figure for my mom, and she actually cried when she opened it. It was such a sweet moment, for something so simple, it felt really special. I think it’s only fair to say it meant a lot to both of us and will be a keepsake we hold onto

It was close to what was described, just not "perfect." Overall, I’d say the listing was mostly accurate.
